Flatall.com has the right to change and to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All changes and amendments will be effective immediately after they have been published at the www.flatall.com website.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, with all future likely changes and amendments, are covering all our direct or indirect (through distributors) services, which we provide via the internet, e-mail or by phone. By entering our website, surfing it, using it and/or making reservations through it you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions (including the privacy terms).

This website, its content and infrastructure and its integrated online Hotel Reservation Service (hereinafter “Service”), which is provided through this website FaltAll.com (hereinafter “Flatall.com ”, “we”, “our” or “ours”) is operated by Flatalll.com and is covered by the following terms and condition for your private and non-trade use only.

Service free of charge

Our service is free of charge. Contrarily to some other providers we don’t charge you with any additional fees and charges. No commissions or reservation fees will be charged on top of the rates for the Villas, Apartments and Residences.

After having read and accepted these terms and conditions you confirm that any travel reservations through our agency are under coverage of these terms and conditions

Placing a reservation and its confirmation

Any reservations will be accepted in written only. You can use the reservation form on our website by filling it out and sending it to the stated e-mail address. In case of any technical problems or interruptions of the internet you can send your inquiry either by fax to +90 (252) 316 48 67 or to our e-mail address info@Flatall.com. Every reservation inquiry will receive a unique handling code.

Any reservation inquiry and/or confirmation will be replied to you within 24-48 hours (on working days) and in written. Any changes of a reservation will be considered as a new reservation and will be confirmed to you by e-mail separately. All information and data in the reservation inquiry must be true and correct. Our agency is not responsible for any results which will emerge due to wrong, false or missing information. Your reservation inquiry must be sent to us latest 3 days before your arrival date.

Our customers should apply to the relevant reception desk of the complex if they should be confronted with any problems or irregularities during their stay at the Hotel. Our agency will not take any complaint under consideration if this procedure hasn’t been followed.

Rates and Payment Terms

Our aim is to provide you always the best possible rates.

All rates for Hotel rooms, Villas, Apartment and Residences are provided per day only. If payments for confirmed bookings shouldn’t been done until the given deadline/date the reservations will be cancelled without prior notice to the customer.

Our payment and cancellation terms are attached in written to every booking confirmation sent by our agency. Payments for urgent reservations (3 days or less before arrival/check-in) have to be done immediately after our booking confirmation. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled without prior notice to the customer.

The travel documents (e.g. Hotel vouchers, Airline tickets, etc...) will be handed over to our customers only if the payment is made fully by cash, credit card or bank transfer. Payments via bank transfer should include our reservation confirmation code and the receipt should be sent to us by fax or e-mail.

Non-payment or partial payments only will have the result that the reservation will be cancelled. If the customer should cancel the reservation later than 24 before the arrival/check-in date a penalty fee will be charged to the customer. The penalty can differ for any Hotel, Villa, Apartment or Residence. Our agency can request advance payment in any amount. Non-payment of this advance payment will result in cancellation of the booking.

Damage deposit (requested for some certain Villas, Apartment and Residences only – no deposit required for Hotels)

A damage deposit has been pre-calculated for each booking and object. The deposit for apartments varies from € 100 to € 500, for Villas and Residences from € 250 to € 2.500. The person/s who is/are responsible for the booking should pay the deposit together with the remaining amount for the booking itself to the reception desk of the complex at their check-in. At the day of departure from the complex an authorized person of the complex should inspect the object and in case that no damage has been reported the deposit should be refunded in cash or by bank transfer.

Responsibilities of Apartment – Villa – Residence Guests

The number of guests should not exceed the number of persons as stated in the reservation inquiry and/or the booking confirmation. The guests confirm that the given information and data on the reservation inquiry are true and correct. The guests may use all furniture and equipment of the rented object without any restrictions, but should take care to use them properly and carefully. Any damage or malfunction should be reported to our agency immediately. The guests confirm beforehand that they will pay for any damage caused by them during their stay at the object. The guests should respect the privacy of the other guests staying at the same complex and should avoid any activities that could disturb other guests. The guests should also stay away from illegal activities (e.g. gambling, weapons, drugs, smuggling, etc...). In case that such or any similar activity should be reported our agency has the right to terminate the rental contract and to empty the object immediately without the obligation of any refund.

Responsibilities of Flatall.com

Our agency is responsible to issue the travel documents correctly according to the information and data as given in the customer’s reservation inquiry. In case that our guests should be aggrieved due to incorrectly issued travel documents by our agency we accept to pay for all costs that are involved with this mistake.

Situations that are not under Flatall.com's responsibility

Situations that are caused by wrong, false or incorrect information and/or data were given by the customers at their reservation inquiry. This includes any requested changes of the reservation which haven’t been applied on time by the customers.

Any delays, lack of services or similar problems at the Airlines Any delays, lack of service or similar problems at the Police and/or Customs Control Authorities.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation and pre-payment periods and dates may differ according to the booked Apartment, Villa or Residence. Please ask for the cancellation terms (in case you shouldn’t have received them together with the booking confirmation) for each individual booking before making any payment (not available for early booking campaigns).

Cancellation should be done in written only. In very specific or urgent cases cancellation can be accepted by phone, but should be confirmed in written later.

Refund for cancellation of confirmed bookings for which the settled cancellation option date has been exceeded will be done after deducting the penalty for late cancellation.

Privacy terms

Our privacy terms are valid for all our offered services online and/or other through other platforms (hereinafter “website”). Our privacy terms are not valid for any 3rd party websites for which links are placed in our website and we don’t take any responsibility for users of these websites. Flatall.com has the right to change and to amend these privacy terms at any time. All changes and amendments will be effective immediately after they have been published at the www.flatall.com website. But please note that the privacy terms which cover your booking are always the ones which were valid at the time of your booking.

Collection of data

To enable us to process and complete your reservation we should need your data, such as your name, address (home and/or work), e-mail address (home and/or work), phone number (home and/or work, mobile), if payment should be done by Credit Card (your credit card type and number, CVC code, expire date, full name of the credit card holder), any additional information about smoking habits and your preferences about the requested rental object. We prefer that these data is transmitted to us by using the web forms in our website. All these data is necessary to process and to complete your reservation inquiry (including our e-mail confirmation to your e-mail address).

Security of your Credit Card data

We are using appropriate business systems and procedures to secure your data, such as a certified secure SSL protocol system (Secure Socket Layer) for the transmission of your credit card and personal data through our website online system.

Furthermore we have physical security systems and security procedures in place, permitting business access to your data to authorized staff members and persons only. Our servers and systems are protected against unauthorized entries and/or misuse (including those attempts) by high standard firewalls. This firewall can track, find and block any of the above mentioned attempts.

We are requesting your data for below mentioned services and reasons only.

You can register your e-mail address to our website’s bulletin section to enable us to inform you about our services and promotions (including services and promotions from our joint venture companies and/or partner companies).

Privacy (if online payment is selected)

Flatall.com respects your privacy and works with high ethical standards. With the exception of transmitting your data to the responsible and authorized persons at the chosen Hotel we don’t give any data to 3rd parties without your permission. We keep the right to transmit your data to responsible and authorized persons within our joint venture and partner companies and to use them (with our permission only) to proceed inquiries or to keep you informed about services where we feel that this information would be to your benefit.
